Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

Spience and Jesus ("SPIENCE of Jesus") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain words, what the website and the RUA (Remember · Understand · Abide) study app collect and why. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising.

What stays on your device

RUA saves your study notes, your "Days in the Word" count, your translation choice, and your referral code in your own browser's storage. We cannot see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

What RUA sends to answer you

When you look up a verse, the reference you type is sent to the free Bible API (bible-api.com) to fetch the text. When you write a reflection and ask RUA for a question back, that reflection is sent to our server and to an AI provider (Google Gemini, with Anthropic or OpenAI as backups) to write one short reply. Please don't type private details you wouldn't want processed this way. Feedback you choose to send is used only to improve RUA.

Your email

If you request the free Starter Guide, we collect your email address through our website host (Netlify) and send a few short emails through our email provider (Resend). You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email or writing to the address below.

Payments

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Google sign-in (private family history tools)

When you sign in with Google to use our private tools, we only use your account to authenticate your personal access and manage your private genealogical and study records.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
